Above are details of our supports costs. Most companies aren't quite so explicit on these but we want to demonstrate that we offer value for money to the small business owner.

You may want new pages and features added or you may want a significant update to your site. We want to be transparent in the costs that you may incur so below are our standard charges for the common requirements. We are always happy to quote in advance for any work that you may require on your website.
If there is an element of your website that you feel will need to be updated regularly then we can usually include a way in which you can do this yourself without need to involve Handholding, will probably need to charge a fee to process the cost of setting up this facility but then you should incur no further charges.

Costs for any support work undertaken are quoted in advance and we will bill for all work undertaken on a monthly basis. For tasks with a cost that exceed $300 we will request a partial upfront payment prior to commencing the project.
